About Che Pom
Che Pom was built by retreat leaders, for retreat leaders.
We spent years leading retreats across Southeast Asia. We learned what made a space work — and what quietly undermined everything we were trying to hold. Bad acoustics. Staff who didn't understand the work. Venues that were beautiful on Instagram and exhausting to inhabit.
We also learned that the good spaces — the ones that actually held transformation — were invisible. No listings. No booking platforms. Known only through word of mouth between practitioners who trusted each other.
Che Pom exists to make those spaces findable, without making them public. We curate privately. We vet personally. And we share venue details only with the practitioners who have demonstrated that their work deserves the space.
Our collection is based in the Da Nang and Hội An region of Central Vietnam — one of Southeast Asia's most breathtaking stretches of geography. Beachfront. Jungle. Rice fields. Mountain valleys. Urban sanctuaries. Within a 90-minute radius, the range is extraordinary.
We are small. We intend to stay that way.
