When you submit an application through Che Pom, we collect your name, email address, professional context, retreat type, approximate group size, and preferred dates. We do not collect payment information. We do not use cookies beyond basic session management.
How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to evaluate your application, match you with suitable venues, and communicate with you about that process. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except with venue owners as part of a confirmed match — and only after notifying you.
How Long We Retain It
Application data is retained for up to 24 months to allow for future venue matching and follow-up. If you request deletion at any time, we will remove your data within 14 days and confirm by email.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@chepom.com with 'Data Request' in the subject line.
Data Security
Your data is stored on secure servers operated by Base44 (our application platform), which maintains industry-standard security practices. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised Che Pom team members only.
Third-Party Services
Che Pom uses Base44 as its application infrastructure. No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking tools are currently active on this site. If this changes, this policy will be updated and visitors will be notified.
