By accessing or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before submitting an application or engaging with any venue through Che Pom.
Nature of Service
Che Pom is a private venue curation and introduction service. We match retreat leaders and facilitators with vetted spaces in Central Vietnam. We are not a booking platform, a ticketing agent, or a party to any agreement between a retreat leader and a venue owner. Any contract for venue use is formed directly between the applicant and the venue.
Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee a match or a response. We reserve the right to decline applications without explanation. Acceptance into the service grants access to venue details for the purpose of direct contact with venue owners — it does not constitute a reservation, a booking confirmation, or a contractual commitment on our part.
Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure venue information is accurate and current. However, details including capacity, facilities, availability, and pricing are subject to change and must be confirmed directly with the venue. Che Pom accepts no liability for inaccuracies in venue listings.
Venue Owner Listings
Venue owners who list with Che Pom agree to maintain accurate information and respond to introductions in good faith. Che Pom does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any listed venue. Venue owners are independent operators.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including copy, imagery, and design — is the property of Che Pom or its licensors. No part of this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Che Pom is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of this service, any venue introduction, or any agreement made between an applicant and a venue owner. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid to us directly, which in most cases is zero.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the courts of Da Nang, Vietnam.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
